Males in middle age across the world suffer from hair plugs. After age of forty, one out of ten males complain of losing too much hair. There are several reasons behind hair loss. Scientifically, the reason of hair loss in males is said to be due to hormonal effects and can be encountered with hair plugs. In males, natural hair loss occurs due to activity of hormones referred as Androgens. Testosterone, in particular is relevant hormone in relation to hair loss problems found in males. In case of acquiring the problem by inheritance, the testosterone hormone is formed in roots of hair into a derivative. This derivative called Dihydrotestosterone is the causing element for hair loss. Sebum glands present in skin tissue, secrete this derivative in surface sebum. When a hair separates from root, this derivative enters the blank space and reacts. This chemical reaction results into reduction in the width of the hair. Thus, the new hair that will come out of the hole will be much thinner than the earlier one. This process goes on and finally blocks the hole completely to prevent hair coming out of the hole. Just by feeling the hairs of a person in front line and comparing them with the hair at the back, one can find out that hairs had started going thinner.
